Our Affiliate Netflorist's Shipping and Delivery Procedures

The following are the company's normal delivery times:

• Monday through Friday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Saturday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Sunday: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The following are the delivery timeframes for their Premium Pre 1 products:

• Monday through Friday: 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Remember that Premium Pre 1 deliveries is only offered for floral presents and that your order must be made before 4 p.m. the day before to be guaranteed delivery on the same day.

Our partner is a flower delivery business that provides same-day flower delivery. Your flowers will be delivered the same day if your order is made before 12 noon South African time. They can send flowers to any location in South Africa. Alternatively, you are free to choose any future delivery date that you would like.

They provide a next-day delivery service for gifts. Any gift, jewellery, or perfume (other than floral) order placed before 1pm South African time will be delivered the very following day, unless otherwise specified. Please keep in mind that certain distant locations may need an additional day for delivery.

It is possible to get same-day delivery for certain Johannesburg gift items, jewelry, and perfume purchases, but such orders must be made via their phone center before 12 noon. Please get in touch with them if you have any questions. Attention: Please be advised that at this time, this service is only accessible in Johannesburg.

They are unable to promise a particular delivery time on the same day, but whether you have requested a particular delivery time, they will make every attempt to meet your expectations.
