Great Lakes Beef Gelatin
Great Lakes Grass-Fed Gelatin is a concentrated, unflavored source of protein derived from grass-fed beef. We start with fresh, whole pasture-raised beef bones from 100% grass-fed and pasture-raised cattle. These bones are carefully cleaned and boiled for the best possible nutritional yield, then hydrolyzed so that we are left with a velvetty smooth liquid.
Great Lakes Gelatin is made exclusively from grass-fed and pasture-raised sources of bovine tendon. In fact, they avoid cattle with bone marrow implants so as to preserve the integrity of the gel being produced. The gelatin is certified KETO, Paleo Friendly, has no additives or fillers, certified GMO free and is Kosher Pareve.
