Do you deliver throughout South Africa?

Yes, we deliver anywhere in South Africa. Deliveries to “Outlying ” areas will be subject to a delivery surcharge. Once your order has been processed we will call our couriers with your delivery location and provide you with a custom delivery¬†quote, which you can either accept or reject.

How can I pay for my gift hamper?

You can either pay via credit card, we currently accept Visa and MasterCard’s only, PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer (EFT).

If you choose to pay via PayPal, we will send you the payment link manually. Links are sent during our normal business hours (Monday-Friday) but sometimes, if we can, we will send it to you right away.

If you choose to pay via Direct Bank Transfer ( SA Bank Account Holders Only), goods will only be shipped once the funds have cleared in our account. Please send us the proof of Payment ASAP.

Can I create my own hamper?

Sure you can!! Simply send us an e-mail with your request and we will send you a quote. If you like one of the hampers displayed on our website, but wish to change a few things, we can help you. Your wish is our command, we are here to help.

If I choose to pay for my hamper online, with my credit card, is it safe?

Yes, absolutely!! We use PayU …….. SA’s leading E-Commerce payment gateway.

What if the recipients aren’t at home when the courier tries to deliver?

Contact numbers are VERY important. Our courier will contact them and schedule a suitable time for re-delivery.

What happened if the goods arrive “Damaged”?

If the goods arrive damaged, let us know on the day of delivery via e-mail, and we will send a replacement.
